In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients of home made pasta.. mix them together to form a smooth dough
Cover with a cling film.. Rest it for 1 hour
Then knead the dough with help of flour..
Then make it like chapatti..
With the help of knife or pizza cutter, cut strips from the pasta dough..
Spread some flour all over the pasta strips.. so that they can't stick together
In a bowl , take water and some salt.. bring them to boil..
Add raw pasta
Boil it till al dante consistency forms
Drain all the boling water and wash with running cold water
Drizzle some olive oil over the pasta.. a light cucumber flavour comes from the pasta..it's an unique and healthy way to flavour pasta..
In a pan add olive oil.. sauté onions, garlics
Add boiled-shreded chicken pieces..
Add red chilli sauce, schezwan sauce, salt and pepper
Toss them.. add honey and chopped gren onions
Spread the sauted over the pasta..
It's a healthy, light dinner option..
